Well, apparently the org (above Gute and Ball) likes to be cheap with assistant coaches, so we can't hire a real WR coach.

i can just hear it: "i want to congratulate our guys for a hard-fought season despite the overwhelming loss of starters due to injuries. they persevered against overwhelming odds to reach the playoffs and they will be back again next year with another year of experience in their pockets and i believe they will make the playoffs again, and this time things will be different. i won't be taking any questions."

Not a defense of Richie B and I hope you know this. But Bo Melton and Zane Anderson were out. Kristian Welch is out. Those are your three best ST players. Snaps and holds on all three missed kicks were fine. What's he supposed to do? McManus is a veteran, he just f*cked up. Bisaccia will likely be gone but these players still need to do their damn jobs

okay, but even with those guys, this was the worst special teams in the nfl (imho).
