Badger Men's BB Thread 2024/2025

Bucky BBall is mentally tough. When adversity hits, they just keep going. If one part of their offense doesn't work they just adapt and find something that does. They're very impressive and fun to watch.

Lots of Bucky teams could learn from their attitude and mental toughness.

they're not going to be a #2 seed now. the oregon ducks, with a 8-9 conference record, just made the badgers look like crap. 17 badgers turnovers led to a total collapse. the badgers were in command for basically the whole game until the last 5 minutes of regulation. they had a 17 point lead and just started looking like a high school team. they couldn't do anything right. and their ineptitude continued right into ot. what a major meltdown.

What a horrible ending to Bucky's BBall season. Senior Day and playing for a 2 game bye and they lay a Frickin' Egg. Highly probable that there's only 2 games left in their season.

They sure had me fooled back on February 19th
 
I don't know if they fooled us because they were beating good teams pretty regularly. I don't know, but have often wondered about their conditioning program and their minutes distribution, and what they do to keep guys fresh at the end of the season. Too often they look listless and tired at the ends of seasons, going back to Bo's days. The late season swoon has become part of their annual ritual with some regularity.

I agree this is likely pointing to another early exit in March.
 
It's typical Bucky basketball in March. I said a month or two ago when people were hyping up Greg Gard lets see if he can actually win in the tourney. His teams always do well enough during the regular season but always crap the bed in March.

They were up 13 with a few minutes left in the first half . . . and lose by 11. total tank job.
