I think they went 2 years ago before he was made to play last year of contract I think he would have been open to stay in GB

Thing is GB is cap mess they might not be able to afford a long term deal righ tnow

Lazard is though though he's not proven much but being asked to be a #1 this year and thus will want #1 money

Total speculation what he wants. I seriously doubt his “ask” is that big. Structure matters

Disagree. I don’t think he was that close to #12, maybe as a teammate but that’s it. This was a lifestyle move

If you were him and expected to be a one would you not expected to be paid as such?

I think IMO he was upset after 2020 he was not offered a contract and forced to take injury risk in 2021 and that's what soured him against resigning in GB.

He wanted out of GB. Fans need to come to grips with that. He’s tight with Carr and bought digs in Vegas. He wanted to move on

Yes and no. I believe Adams when he says that if GB offered him their best offer last summer, he would've taken it and stayed, just like I believe him when he says that past a certain point he didn't want to stay in GB for any amount and wanted a change of scenery.
