I'm not going to blame Perry for the dismal performance of the secondary. Part of it was due to a lack of pass rush, and another portion of the blame goes to the Capers defense. I'd imagine he felt like the new DC didn't want him around, so he opted out.

In all honesty, it was probably better for him, and the Packers, that he decided to leave.
