Official PS release

Green Bay also establishes 10-player practice squad
The Green Bay Packers signed LS Brett Goode, claimed RB Jhurell Pressley off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings, placed CB Makinton Dorleant on injured reserve and released RB Brandon Burks . The transactions were announced Monday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.
Signed to the practice squad were WR Geronimo Allison, LB Carl Bradford, LB Beniquez Brown, LB Reggie Gilbert, RB Don Jackson, G Blake Muir, G Lucas Patrick, DT Brian Price, WR Herb Waters and S Jermaine Whitehead.
Goode (GEWD), 6-foot-1, 255 pounds, is entering his ninth season in the NFL. He was originally signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent from the University of Arkansas in 2007. He spent part of two offseasons with Jacksonville before signing with the Packers on Sept. 1, 2008. Goode served as Green Bay’s primary long snapper from 2008-15, playing in 126 regular-season games and 11 playoff contests. He appeared in 14 games in 2015 before sustaining a season-ending knee injury at Oakland in Week 15. Goode will wear No. 61 for the Packers.

Pressley (ju-RELL), 5-foot-10, 206 pounds, originally signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of the University of New Mexico on May 2, 2016, but was waived on Sept. 3. In 2015, he led the Lobos with 907 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns. As a junior, he rushed for 1,083 yards and 12 touchdowns on 114 carries, leading the nation with a 9.5 yards-per-carry average. Pressley will wear No. 26 for the Packers.
Nine of the 10 signees to the practice squad were with the Packers during the 2015 offseason and/or preseason.
Muir, 6-foot-5, 315 pounds, originally signed with the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Baylor on May 6, 2016, but was released on Aug. 27. After two years at the University of Hawaii, he transferred to Baylor, where he started 25 games in two seasons. As a senior in 2015, he started all 13 games and was named first-team All-Big 12 after helping an offense that finished No. 2 in the nation in rushing (326.7 yards per game). Muir will wear No. 72 for the Packers.

That's a very good, solid practice squad, imo. I thought for sure a couple of them made the team (Allison & Bradford). Price and Gilbert also had solid flashes this camp. I hope they're able to hide them and hold on to them!

Packers have signed TE Devon Cajuste to the practice squad and released ILB Beniquez Brown. Cajuste spent training camp with the 49ers.

The clip of him returning a KO for the Vikes is pretty impressive. Not so much the speed, although he did stay ahead of the guys chasing him. To me, it was his ability to stay on his feet, despite getting hit numerous times.
