McCarthy: No timeline to hire defensive coordinator

Guys and gals, we have Aaron Rodgers. What does he have, 3 good years left? That’s the window. I don’t care if the DC drops off after 3-5 years, the thing’ll get blown up by then anyway. We need a big overhaul of D talent and a DC who can coach the crap out of those guys and put them in position to succeed right away.
