Many interesting theories here. One must remember that again this is all based on sources. I truly believe many of them are using these beat writers to put up smoke screens by putting out false information.

I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle of this article. Many of the detail's will never be known.

I totally agree. Every time I hear something, I go back in time to how Jim Ringo was traded to the Eagles, and remember how the story was so badly twisted, but Lombardi let it lay, because the way it was reported acted as a point of reference for others to remember.
