I don't like their chances against SF, but that's not a shocker. I'll be rooting for GB. I heard they opened as 9.5 point underdogs? It doesn't even matter much to me, they are playing with house money.
Packers are alive in the playoffs, Love looks like a keeper, and GB kicked the asses of CHI...
I have to admit this....I never, ever thought Rodgers would go out like this. I thought as an observer and ultimate benefactor of the Favre exit debacle that Rodgers would handle his eventual exit and legacy with whatever the opposite was of what Favre did. Call it "class" or "professionalism"...
I could understand if it was JUST Rodgers looking old all the time, but it's really not.
Offensively there are plays where guys are just not even running hard or quitting on routes, not executing basic fundamentals, the sort of thing that happens when teams quit on a coach, but it also doesn't...
Offense once again is the problem. Play calling is still inept at times. Offensively this team is so inconsistant.
The offensive line can’t pass block. Holding penalties galore on pass and run plays. Bad coaching from top to bottom on the offensive. Defensively this team is not as talented...
Having Cobb and Amari Rodgers on the roster scares me a bit; I'm not sure either of them are that NFL roster worthy. I hope Rodgers proves me wrong, and Cobb.
But Cobb will make the team because AR wants him on the squad and Rodgers will make the team since he's Gute guy. Those two things I am...
I think 20 is the number to get to if they add any more, if ND really did come in they could add Washington and Oregon and then one more east coast team and have 10/10 division split right along the central/east time zone line. It isn't talked about as much as schools like NC/UV but I think...
Rodgers legacy got a gigantic dump taken on it tonight. Can't hide behind bad defense for another playoff loss this time around
10 points at home....3 after that opening drive TD. Absolutely shameful stuff.
Campbell practiced today.
@ByRyanWood: ILB De’Vondre Campbell has not yet been cleared from COVID-19/reserve list, but he is practicing. Campbell was eligible to return to the facility today if he was symptomatic. Looks like he should be good to play vs. Bears.
@RobDemovsky: First person...
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers did not practice for second straight day. He was out with the toe injury. Rodgers has said he will “definitely” play Sunday. Worth noting Rodgers has not practiced since Nov. 1 because of COVID-19 and now the toe.
Getting pressure rushing 4 can cover up a lot. Even the red zone d is starting to come around. If the offense clicks back into any semblance of last year we have a real shot.
+ Defense...... linebackers flying around making stops behind the line...who knew that was legal? safety play was also good. Slaton looked good with Clark out
- special teams....decision to change long snappers mid week..yeah that worked rant)
- MLF game plan....run the ball more take the...
If Rodgers had his way, the Packers would have brought back ineffective players. We likely aren't able to re-sign younger, more capable replacements. Keeping crappy vets means the Packers can't afford what good FAs the Packers have had.
Rodgers is wrong, period.
What's going to happen is they'll hold on to Rodgers one or 2 years to long like TT/MM and then find out Lovebug isn't all that. Followed by a decade of us watching the Vikings, Bears and Lions winning the North. Let that ice cold reality sink in for a bit.
If Pettine and the special teams “coach” aren’t fired in the next 24 hours then Gute and Murphy need to step down immediately.
The defense has been a @#$ show for several years now regardless of talent. I don’t think we’ve had a decent return guy since Roell Preston 20 years ago and our...
Said it plenty of times before but there's too much talent on this defense for them to be this bad at times, and this Bears offense is as inept as NFL offenses get. They don't come to play in this one, then stick a fork in Pettine. They better have his walking papers ready.
