I think that felt more like a rollercoaster than the score ever indicated.

It was certainly better than last week, although there's massive room for improvement.

Very hot and cold, for sure........but it was nice to see some good things. Hope. :)

When Arod trusted ML it worked. For the most part. Ugly win. Can't win that way against better teams. However, it's much better to be sloppy now than sloppy at end of season.

OL is better run blocking than pass blocking.

The P is pretty good.

Crosby will be fine asing as he doesn't have to hit long FGs... the kickoffs look unimpressive.

Edit: doesn't matter how good Arod is. This offense needs to run through Jones and Dillon.

Just watched Aaron's pressor and noticed during the game that that he was handling bad results better. The last question on the pressor was also about that, and it sounded like he answered it straight forwardly and honestly, rather than riddles or eluding. The leader is making progress on himself and that is needed more than ever this year. I am hopeful. (IMO)

Bakhtiari should be back next couple of weeks, right? Otherwise they would have PUP'd him.

Nice to get Jenkins back.
Honestly no, If you do the math on the injury it equates to week 6 or 7. I would hope they don't try to rush him back, that's how we got into this mess, to begin with.

I spent some time watching Jenkins out there last night. I was so happy to see how he was playing like the Pro Bowl player he is. He was moving people, and keeping people off Rodgers. It's almost like it was a catalyst for others across the line to do better. Outside of a few plays, the rest did fairly well, especially compared to next week. But, word of caution. The Bears defense isn't that difficult to play against. At least they haven't shown they are to this point.

Excellent running game. It's not going to be this easy against a top 50% team. Rodgers will have to be sharp. I was pleased with the guys we have catching the football. I think Watson and Doubs have a future. They're still learning, but I think they have the smarts to match up with their potential. Nice mix of receivers ahead of them. Once again, temper judgement. It was the Bears.

Our defense looked pretty good. There are going to be some weak points exploited during games. Expect it. Adjust to them. They did that fairly well. Quay Walker will be a good one. Justin Fields was not a test of the Packers ability to stop the pass. He just plain isn't any better than a lower 5 in the league QB. That's the Bears Achilles heel. They can't get a solid QB. If they do, the coaching staffs they hire destroy them.

O'Donnell is a huge factor for this team. He punts the living hell out of the ball, and his height is amazing. He's definitely going to be back there as long as I can keep him, if I'm the Packers. He's also a great holder. I watched him spin the ball last night, and it was perfect. The laces were always where they should be, and Crosby had no problem in the placement. At this point, I have nothing good or bad to say about our long snapper, except O'Donnell has no problem placing the ball for the kick. That's what matters.

Amari Rodgers is quick. But I don't see how he'll ever be more than a spot player, and possible return man. Depth at best.

I did like Rodgers pointing at LeFleur, and indicating that the one TD shovel pass was a great call by LeFleur. That was nice to see. I think they're more on the same page than most people think.

The jury is still out on both our offense and defense. They looked better than week #1, but need to be even better in week #3, and beyond.

This run defense continues to be the thorn in our side. It has not improved. Giving up 184 yards and 9 yards per carry to the Bears?

Special Teams again did nothing terrible. They were actually playing well until the longer return to the 40.

I agree. This O has to go through Jonesy and Dillon. Continue to pound the rock.

I actually thought Jenkins struggled at times, and especially in the 1st half.

He’s going to need another game or two to knock off the rust, but there’s no doubt that his presence was a welcome sight and helped the whole unit play better.

Josh Meyers had a real up/down night.

Yosh Nijman has made many naysayers into believers.
